We take ownership of your project from concept to delivery. This includes budget control, scheduling, contract management, and acting as the primary liaison between your office and the shipyard to ensure seamless workflow and risk mitigation.

Concept Design Review & Plan Approval

Leveraging deep technical expertise, we scrutinize naval architecture, structural, mechanical, and piping plans. We ensure that designs are not only compliant with class and flag state regulations but also optimized for constructability and operational efficiency.

Site Supervision

Our presence on the ground is your guarantee of quality. We provide continuous surveillance during new building, conversion, and retrofit projects. We monitor welding quality, alignment, material certification, and workmanship to ensure the final product matches the approved plans.

Repairs (Port Calls & Dry Docks)

We specialize in rapid response. Whether your vessel requires emergency repairs during a port call in China/Spain or scheduled maintenance in dry dock, we coordinate with local workshops, procure materials, and supervise the scope of work to minimize off-hire time and ensure Class approvals are obtained.

Workforce – Skilled Trades for Marine Repairs

We supply qualified tradespeople for onboard repair works in shipyards or at ports. Our workforce is vetted for marine environments and can be mobilized on short notice to support repair campaigns, retrofit projects, and emergency maintenance.

Available trades include:

• Fitters
• Welders (including certified for marine steel grades)
• Mechanics
• Electricians (shipboard power and control systems)
• Foremen (supervision of repair crews)
• Cable pullers
• Technical cleaners
• Fire watchers

We coordinate the crew size according to your repair schedule and vessel availability, ensuring safe execution and compliance with yard/port safety regulations.

Underwater Services (via Local Partner)

Through a strategic local partner, we offer a full range of underwater solutions without the need to dry dock the vessel. Most of these services are performed by ROVs, reducing the limitations of divers and increasing efficiency and speed. With the use of cleaning discs or soft brushes, damage to the coating is prevented.

Scope includes:

• Hull cleaning – including rudder and sea chests
• Propeller cleaning and polishing – to restore efficiency and reduce fuel consumption
• Underwater inspections – video-documented checks of hull condition, anodes, and running gear

We provide a clear photo report after each intervention.

EGCS & BWTS Service Engineer

We provide dedicated service engineers for Exhaust Gas Cleaning Systems (EGCS / scrubbers) and Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS).

Our scope includes:

• Inspection – system condition, sensor calibration, and component wear
• Troubleshooting – alarm diagnosis, control system faults, mechanical or chemical dosing issues
• Repairs – component replacement, piping repairs, and sensor swaps

We work with the main OEM systems and can support both during warranty and post-warranty periods, either alongside crew or independently.
